Garden City Utopia As A Philosophical Model Of University Campus Development

Abstract
The article contents a philosophical view on historic and modern concepts for university environment evolution with accents on the landscape reconstruction based on the comprehensive analysis of current tendencies in the contemporary practice of developed countries. One of the main reasons for this article is necessity to create a context for sustainability by means of nontraditional using of open spaces such as parks and gardens in educational goals.
